I’ve always been active growing up from playing in a basketball team to practicing vietnamese kung fu martial art.

I started training because I needed a second home where I could feel strong again; strength training does help manage emotional burden - you should try it out if you’re going through problems that you can’t seem to find a solution. In addition to making you look better, weights will also make you feel better.

Being fully dedicated allowed me to experience a quite unusual journey. Instead of taking five or even ten years to progress from beginner to elite competitive athlete, I was able to add nearly twenty pounds of lean muscle and lose about 10 pounds of fat In less than 5 months while remaining 100% natural. These results allowed me to climb from novice to an acclaimed participation at a National and IFBB World Qualifier Championship. This is quite exceptional in general, and even more so for a female athlete.

The merits for such results are the combination of properly engineered training as well as nutritional plans, extreme hard work and discipline, and certainly a good genetic.

After having entirely focused on obtaining a fitness Professional status, I decided to travel the globe to learn from the world's best permanent makeup teachers and launch my own esthetic spa business. As I did for fitness, I jumped head over feet and dedicated myself fully to this end.

Now that my business is booming, I have decided to return to fitness competition and was fortunate enough to meet the founders of WARMEDS and benefit first hand from the incredible efficacy of their unique products. With this new weaponry, I intend to raise my health and fitness standard to a whole new level.

I believe that to build a strong character you need to overcome challenges that will push your limits mentally, emotionally and physically; no matter the pain and failures. Failure is a part of everyone's life. Either you try, fail and learn something from it or you fail by default not even trying.

Because I believe that nearly everything you believe in is possible if you fully commit yourself to it, my friends call me Kim Possible.

Today, I feel privileged to be in position to share my learnings with the mass and to have the opportunity to shine like never before.
