Joel is simply unbelievable. This Lifetime Natural Bodybuilder has literally destroyed all of his competition at virtually all of his competitions. The impressiveness of his physique is only matched by the intensity of his workout. Joel literally trains 6 days per week, 3 hours each time, all in superset with virtually no rest time between sets. A typical superset could be such as 10 repetitions on the chin up bar with five 45 lbs plates (225 lbs) chained between his legs - superset with 10 repetitions with 305 lbs on the bench press… for 6 consecutive sets. Or it could also be 15 repetitions with 2400 lbs (equivalent of 50 plates) on the leg press - superset with 10 repetitions with the whole stack on the leg curl machine.
